UQ AI Collaboratory was established to gather researchers and domain experts to co-design cutting-edge AI solutions to solve problems in the field of biomedical and social sciences. During my internship experience:1. Developed 3 different deep learning models in 2 weeks to segment small vessels in ultra-high-filed MRI images.2. Modelled a working pipeline to effectively process the MRI images and deliver clear and accurate segmentation of objective tissues.3. Collaborated with researchers and sought feedback to improve the performance of the deep learning models.4. Reviewed 10+ relevant scientific publications, and estimated the feasibility of applying the techniques and methodologies in the existing literature. Show less
