      Marshall H. Tanick has substantial experience in a wide variety of legal matters, with emphasis on employment law, Constitutional law, communications, and business disputes. Mr. Tanick has been consistently named a “Super Lawyer” in the annual survey of Minnesota attorneys and frequently cited as one of the “Top 100” attorneys in Minnesota in those surveys, including 2012. He is a contributing columnist for Minnesota Lawyer magazine, Bench & Bar magazine, the StarTribune newspaper, and has published many articles in newspapers, magazines, and books on business, financial, and legal topics. He has just been named “Author of the Year” by the Minnesota Bar Publication, as well as recipient of the First Amendment Award by the Society of Professional Journalists, and the Distinguished Alumni Award by the University of Minnesota. He also is a frequent lecturer at Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programs. He is involved in a variety of civic and community activities, including Chair of the Golden Valley Civil Service Commission and the Golden Valley Connections Project.
