Responsible for managing the Senior Information Test Specialist in our combined efforts to provide timely resolution of all project implementation issues including: Policy clarifications, communications establishment and verification, security requirements, technical specification review, release management and defect management. Also responsible for meeting facilitation/leadership, schedule tracking, test plan creation and maintenance, test scenario management, defect management and virtual team building/maintenance. Designed, developed and maintain the Test Manager Applications, built in MicroFocus Solutions Business Manager. These applications are used to track and monitor all defect, communications ticketing and document distribution processes.
