  I am the Director of Mid-Atlantic LECET (MALECET). MALECET handles business development and sales activities throughout the Mid-Atlantic region which includes: North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, DC, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. MALECET’s goals are to drive sales and increase working-hours for current contractors, sign new contractors and create job opportunities for the workers they employ. To meet these goals, MALECET staff works with contractors, owners, community associations, businesses and government groups advocating for construction work opportunities.
