I returned to Coeur d' Alene to be closer to my daughter. I managed Fugazzi in Hotel Lusso as they're Chef and Banquet Chef located in downtown Spokane WA. 3 years later i came on as the Chef d Cuisine for the Beachouse Restaurant, I've worked in various locations as a Chef/Sous Chef for Hagadone Hospitality. Currently Operating Tito's Italian Grill, as an Executive Sous Chef. I returned to Coeur d' Alene to be closer to my daughter.
