Marshall is a detail-oriented manager who has built one of the best GIS programs in the State of Maryland. He did this by primarily listening to the needs of County Managers and Officials and then providing them with tools to better serve their constituents. Marshall is passionate about State-Wide GIS coordination efforts and has taken on politics as usual to get results. He cares about what is best for the citizens of Frederick County and the State of Maryland. Marshall leads an award winning GIS team with integrity, always making sure they get the resources they need to do their job and the credit when success comes their way. I enjoyed working with Marshall as he builds success where ever he goes.
