Outpatient department: I was in charge of the dispensing of Pharmacist only medications and control medications to outpatients, I oversaw correct dosages and medication to over 300 patients a day in a dispensary that managed over 1000 patients a day. 2. Diabetic clinic: Responsible for over 100 patients in their adherence of medication, implemented lifestyle changes to patients, recommended dose alterations and medications to the Doctors, identified interactions and recommended changes for each patient, delivered motivational talks to patients on their diabetic care. I co-researched; "Cost-effectiveness of Pharmacist managed Medication Therapy Adherence Clinic MTAC on type 2 diabetes patients in a Malaysian hospital" of more than 450 patients: which was presented in the World Diabetes Congress in Melbourne, Australia 2013 & Co -researched Clinical and economic Impact of Pharmacist Run Medication Therapy Adherence clinic Service on Patients with Type 2 Diabetes. It won 1st place under the Pharmacy Practice category at the Ministry of Health National Pharmacy R&D Conference 2012 The research was presented in the Malaysian Journal of Public Health Medicine, 2011 3.Led a team of 20 pharmacist in their operational activity in the outpatient department 4.Emergency department: Managed all overnight medication requirements, attended to emergency calls regarding poisoning. 5.Methadone replacement therapy; managed a group of 70 patients in their recovery process.
