  Oversight of the administration, programming, daily activities, and supervision of EOP staff as well as direct interaction with SUNY central. Responsibility for creating and implementing retention initiatives for students who are considered to be historically disadvantaged. EOP provides academic, financial, and counseling support for all EOP students. In addition, I've maintained oversight over Special Programs such as SUNY Morrisville's Academic Focus Week, MAP, welcome weekend, and First-Year Experience (FYE) programs. FYE focuses on providing coursework and special transition programs for all incoming first-year students. The responsibilities include coordinating FYE faculty training, implementation and development of course learning outcomes, objectives, and coursework, as well as service as the chair the FYE Executive Committee. Currently, my work in special programs includes serving as the Chair of the Bias Action Response Team and the campus' Title IX Coordinator.

  Responsible to the Director of Student Services & Engagement for directing, supervising, and administering the student personnel and residence life functions for the residence hall community. Establish and implement a comprehensive residence life program including strategic planning, co-curricular learning initiatives, program development and coordination, policy implementation, and community building. Serve as the campus' Title IX resource person and Clery compliance trainer for residence life staff.Oversight of Welcome Weekend planning, development and design of Welcome Weekend schedule.; including programs and service for international students.
