  From working with the MSF Innovation Project to the more established format of the MSF Sweden Innovation Unit, my tasks include driving and organising innovation to make impact throughout different parts of MSF. Our activities are scaling up and my tasks include the coordination of our project oriented activities (diverse portfolio ranging from biomedical equipment, temperature indicators for the cold chain and transitional medical structures to how we manage data within GIS, HIS, data transmission, and other systems) as well the continuous strategic work and development of our processes and approaches. I’m also involved in the exploration of how to improve organisational innovations capabilities in more generic ways (cultural dimensions of innovation, active contribution and participation on a strategic level in the appropriate forums, etc.).

I was leading the logistic team solving everyday tasks as well as planning and supervising within the areas of supply, transportation, construction/rehabilitation, water and sanitation, etc., as well as organizing outreach work in neighbourhoods to improve sanitary conditions.   Industrial design projects with a social mission. Initiated with a project concerning hand tools for manual demining and received a grant from Olof Palmes Memorial Fund in the fall of 2005 to develop my thesis work. I collaborated with CMAC (Cambodian Mine Action Centre) and went to Cambodia (spring 2007) to test the equipment. I also worked with the Swedish Armed Forces conducting a series of blast-tests in Eksjö Military garrison (fall 2007). SOREDE had the aim to collect and gather information about SRD and appropriate technology in order to improve this marginalised section of design (product/method development).
