      At Avéro Achmea the account planning only focused on one customer (being the intermediary). As part of my internship I developed a new way of planning, which would give the account manager a general overview of his entire customer base (so called snapshot). This overview provided an overall insight to the account manager allowing him to effectively create a sale strategy for his customer base.
