At Avéro Achmea the account planning only focused on one customer (being the intermediary). As part of my internship I developed a new way of planning, which would give the account manager a general overview of his entire customer base (so called snapshot). This overview provided an overall insight to the account manager allowing him to effectively create a sale strategy for his customer base. Additionally I implemented the entire plan into the primary CRM systems. At Avéro Achmea the account planning only focused on one customer (being the intermediary). During my internship I was responsible for: - A usability survey (collecting and analysing data on the functionality of the website). - A real-time usability survey, which targeted specific parts of the websites. - A monthly analysis of social media activity. - Improving the internal Twitter/KTM dashboard. - Peforming a Benchmark study with regards to car insurances (premium, USP’s etc.) This resulted in a tailor made advice on how to improve the website.
