Marnie is easily one of the most talented lighting leads that I have worked with in my 29 years in content production. She is very adept at working with Art Direction, Production and Technical Direction to hit visual quality with in production and technical constraints for both game play and cinematics. Multiple times I have relied on Marnie to deliver complex projects on extremely tight deadlines. On Battlefront II she was responsible for delivery of 40 mins of cinematic shot content in 2 months, taking the most difficult sequences herself and empowering and motivating her team to a high visual quality in a extremely short timeline. I trust and rely on Marnie to make tactical and strategic staffing decisions for her team and the lighting domain as a whole. Finding a good fit for all the team members skill sets with an eye on their career growth, while maintaining the health of her team. Marnie is a get it done Lighting Lead with an amazing eye, great communicator and impressive team leader. It’s an honor to work with her.

I worked with Marnie on and off for over 14 years. Every time I found out Marnie and I were going to be on the same team I got excited. She's easy going, easy to work with, and one of the nicest people I've professionally crossed paths with. She's extremely knowledgeable and an ultra talented lighter and lead. She has a fantastic eye for detail, and I always knew any levels or environments crossing her plate would come out shining. Marnie is an absolute pleasure to have on the team.
