Marni was our Marketing and Brand Manager at Data Solutions and reported to me in my position as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Over her tenure, Marni consistently provided value both in brand creation and brand management. Marni is a self-starter, creative with an eye for detail and delivered high quality marketing solutions. She led efforts to design our UI/UX, update/create websites, create logos, design tradeshow booths, create email marketing campaigns, update PowerPoint templates, create marketing videos and advertisements. I always appreciated her can do attitude and her willingness to learn and apply her skills in new situations that contributed to the success of our company.

Marni is very organized and detail-oriented. She can create and maintain intuitive systems of organization. When I moved up to Graphic Designer and started working with the design files, it was easy for me to find files, images, and information in the system she had set up. She communicates clearly and effectively in person, over the phone, and in writing with coworkers and customers. Marni's attention to detail extends to her design work. She has a good eye for images, text, proportion, layout, and color, and is very thorough with checking for accurate measurements and spacing. I learned a great deal about design from Marni. Marni has high expectations of those she manages but is also willing to teach and show how she wants the work done, not just give instructions. She listens to the ideas of others and can work collaboratively or independently.
