Directly responsible for the operations of the work centers of Barcelona, Madrid and Valencia which distribute to clients located throughout our national and international commercial network, with presence in countries such as France, UK, Turkey, Morocco, China, Tunisia, Romania, among others. Main functions:• Manage internal resources of production, administration and human resources for the convenient development of the activity, under the premise that all processes are part of a larger one, integrating them all in a way that meets in the same direction and add forces to the achievement of the objectives set. All this in coordination with the directors of the respective departments. • Develop the strategy and industrial planning necessary to achieve the objectives, directing, coordinating and controlling the entire supply chain: production planning, procurement, storage and distribution of the Company's products, optimizing material and human resources for the achievement of manufacturing, service, productivity and cost reduction objectives in an environment of continuous improvement, always guaranteeing the excellence of customer service in terms of processes, price, quality and delivery time. • Ensure compliance with the budget by organizing the team, its resources and managing the supply of raw materials, being responsible for the periodic negotiation of non-strategic raw materials. • Develop budgets and plan strategic alliances with market players. • Develop production and/or assembly lines for new products. • Intervene in external and international growth operations. • Coordinate, Plan and execute the jobs necessary for the successful implementation of the New Projects. • Implement quality, environmental and occupational risk prevention policies.• Lead the team and keep it motivated, making the most of their talent, participating in the training and polyvalence tasks of the staff.
