You’d be hard-pressed to meet anyone more cheerful than Marlon Davis. I worked with him when he was my Area VP of Sales at a pharmaceutical company and then again when he was my Senior VP of Business Development at a pharmacy. In both roles, Marlon mentored, encouraged, pushed me to be greater, believed in me, and supported me fully. Marlon is committed to the success of everyone who works for and with him and treats you with the utmost respect. He empowers you to do your job well and then gives you the autonomy to do it. He has been one of few highly-respected mentors in my career and I can always count on him to be honest with me when I call him with professional questions or concerns. He’s one of the most intelligent strategists I’ve ever met and has a knack for helping teams who are struggling to perform at their best and become award-winning.
