I have worked with Marlize Labuschagne for about 3 year at Student Sponsorship Programme as the Scholar Programme Officer. One of the most valuable attributes I really appreciated about Marlize was her sense of urgency, she never delays on delivering any tasks requested and was a good communicator as well. She is very passionate about education and was very passionate about her scholars too!

Marlize is a hard working person who is always willing to go the extra mile in order to get the job done. She was very passionate about her Scholars as an SPO and was a firm believer in always doing right by them. She’s a go-getter, she’s driven and takes initiative. Marlize is just so exuberant and it was a huge pleasure working with her. I see her doing and achieving bigger and greater things in the near future.
