  While working as an Administrative Housing specialist, I designed and spearheaded a program that distributed over $180k to Wisconsin residents affected by the COVID-19. I've managed and oversaw programs that provided access to internet underprivileged families from across the state of Wisconsin by successfully attaining several private grants to help bolster our existing federal grant funding, which was used to help even more Wisconsinites than before. - Responsible for distributing over $80K in assistance to families who were facing homelessness throughout Wisconsin. - Created and managed the Foundation of Rural Housing social media accounts, creating a presence online i.e. Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. - Assisted other non-profit organizations with their online presence - Responsible for the management and coordination of the relocation of our headquarters building, directly responsible for the negotiations for the leasing agreement. - Responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding full-time employees and interns.
