Marlijn heb ik leren kennen als een zeer gemotiveerde vrouw die haar klanten graag centraal stelt. Als individu kan ze enorm goed luisteren naar de wensen van haar kandidaten en weet ze deze op haar beurt voor te dragen aan de juiste bedrijven. In tegenstelling tot vele soortgelijke recruitment organisaties stelt ze mijns inziens de belangen van haar relaties boven die van de eigen organisatie. Derhalve krijgt ze mijn volledige aanbeveling!

Arvato Services en Personato kennen sinds enkele jaren een hechte samenwerking voor het vervullen van MBO + vacatures voor alle business units in Nederland. De contacten lopen via een contactpersoon waardoor de lijnen kort en intensief zijn. In ons geval betreft dit Marlijn Coenen. Personato wordt door Arvato ervaren als een Werving & Selectie bureau dat zich onderscheid ten opzichte van concurrenten, door de gedreven en enthousiaste manier van werken.
