-I work with the elderly and I have learned so many skills through my work here in order to be successful in providing the best possible care to the residents. -In this job I assist residents in their basic daily activities and needs. -I assist residents in bathing, feeding, using the restroom, dressing, turning in bed, range of motion exercises, turning & positioning, and transportation. -As a CNA, all of my time at work is spent with the residents so I play a huge part in their mental and emotional health. Communication and empathy is so important in this job when caring for the residents in order to keep them feeling well holistically. -Holistic care is a major aspect of caring for the residents. -I work this job full-time between my semesters at college.
