As a Head Resident Advisor, I led a team of 5 resident advisors (RA's) to build a community and provide resources to residents, helping them learn outside of the classroom through educational and relevant events. As well as maintaining my duties as an RA to two floors of upperclass students (planning floor events, responding to residents' questions and crises, completing scheduled rounds, etc.), I worked closely with the other HR's and the Area Coordinator to organize area-wide activities and discuss issues and solutions.
