Our goal is to help getting additive manufacturing into mass application. One special focus for us is mass customization and automated design. Our core product paramate is a cloud-based software platform providing CAD and rendering services for 3D model configuration applications. These applications, that can be used for mass customization as well as for automating 3D design tasks, we call “configurators”. Our customers use these configurators either for automating parts of their internal process chain or for applications used by their customers for customizing products. Running in the cloud and offering an API, paramate makes it easy to integrate the configurators into our customers’ websites with a convenient user interface. Customers using paramate come from various industries like mechanical engineering, automotive, medtech, and consumer goods. Besides our today’s focus on software, we build up and operated the trinckle online 3D printing services and another one called MeltWerk until beginning of 2020, offering companies and private customers easy access to 3D printing their models. I was leading this 3D printing part of our business. We sold this part and now focus completely on developing our software business. Show less
