I was fortunate, along with many others at Spectra, to work with and learn from Marlene in both formal and informal settings. Our paths first crossed when she led a DISC assessment and training for our Regional Marketing team. Marlene has a tremendous ability to lead and work with a variety of styles and personalities by combining active learning exercises with group discussions. Marlene is a great listener who relates to her audience through sharing personal stories and the lessons she learned from them. I have related to her style and learned more from Marlene than any other leadership training in my career.

Marlene led several leadership workshops at Spectra and excelled at all of them! She assisted the communications department with a series of team building sessions using DISC. I learned so much about myself and my teammates during these sessions. The professionalism Marlene has shines through in her presentations and she is also very personable. Being DISC certified, she was able to help connect our leadership team in a way that was necessary. She also went above and beyond by as a member of a committee in the office to boost our employee's moral by assisting with planning activities. I recommend her to help grow your team too!
