Effectively facilitate and coordinate the development, implementation and embedding of care systems and be the contact point for colleagues. I founded and run an e-commerce business creating, marketing, and selling unique embroidery designs to all, especially first-time creatives. I am responsible for every aspect of the business, from product design to analytics. I have built the business from the ground up, running a web shop, blog, and active social community. Some of the day-to-day includes designing and digitising unique embroidery and instructional booklets, taking product photos, making, and uploading videos, scheduling social posts across multiple platforms, maintaining the website, tracking data, building e-blasts and responding to every one of my community members.
