I worked with Marlena not too long but very closely and hopefully to her- efficiently:-) . I worked with Marlena in a testing project directly for about 1,5 year and additionally on few other occasions. In my opinion Marlena has a great talent for gathering, understanding and organizing complicated business knowledge and sharing it with others. She quickly became an expert in domain knowledge in a difficult and dynamic project. Her tasks involved test coordination and planning, delivery of quality reports, functional testing, system integration testing, as well as managing test data and test environments. She showed ownership in test coordination and proposed reasonable solutions, especially in cases of tight deadlines and changing conditions. That helped to set a long history of successful deliveries :) She proactively expanded her skills in test automation (work with Java, Selenium, Jenkins CI) and work with SQL. Personally, Marlena is also one of my favorite people I met in the company, because of the fun and great atmosphere she brought to the team and everyday work. I recommend Marlena, because she is a very responsible and intelligent person that the test team can really count on!
