  August 2019 to May 2022 Daily task included but were not limited to: Warranty Returns - Seeing warranty returns through start to finish including inventory and accounting adjustments to appropriate dealer or core vendor and ship all items to vendors. Scrap parts reconciliation - Daily management of non-core/warranty parts to ensure items and all material are properly handled and disposed of according to manfacturer specifications and guidelines and accordance to company policy as needed. Core returns - Accurately identify core return eligible items. Inspect and execute Core Returns to all vendors per policy requirements. Parts Counter Person Springfield Freightliner - Springfield, MO 2017 to August 2019 Use DTNA, CDK and other cataloging tools to locate and order the parts requested. Answer calls in high call environment and provide clear communication to customers over the phone and in person to ensure they're service requirements are met. Show less
