Mark and I have worked together for going on 20 years. I learn from him and that's so vital to what we do, because marketing is all about learning. Losing sight of that goal is easy to do, he never does. He's a strong leader when I need it and a confident colleague in my abilities. I love that he always pushes for the facts, i.e., what did we learn from this; is it working and what can we do to make it better. Effectiveness and consistency are hard to come by in the business world. Mark brings these to every challenge. Excellence is just a by -product of doing the job well.
