  Early days working for Macro consisted of designing, implementing, and maintaining the Calgary office's network; a small-scale system built to support 30-50 users. Work responsibilities included providing regular, daily, troubleshooting for office staff's endpoint devices (computers, phones, tablets, etc.), in addition to office-owned equipment (printers, printer plotter, network storage, etc.). Once pre-planning began on a the Trans Mountain Expansion Project (TMEP, under Kinder Morgan Canada Inc.) I was promoted to IT Lead on our spread. This work entailed the ground-up development of IT Management plans, policies, and procedures for safe handling of sensitive information.
