I was an IT Specialist in IT service management team in Keski-Pohjanmaan IT- aluekeskus which is an agreement based organisation that provides centralized ICT services for congregations of Lutheran Church in Northern and Central Ostrobothnia. I was a Technical expert in the project team who organised and planned the procedure of centralised ICT services. And after that I was a Technical expert in the project team who planned and implemented the IT and network infrastructure used by ICT-center´s member congregations. My job involved working in a service desk where I delt with issues regarding computer, software, network and telecommunication problems. Administration of Windows Server and Hyper-V environments also included in my job description. As a member of an IT service management team I had overall responsibility for operations of centralized ICT services which includes making the budget and planning ICT procurements and tendering processes. I am familiar with planning and implementing 3rd party systems e.g. camera surveillance, building management and security by using company network. I am also familiar with office printing environments and I have experience in implementing and managing Konica Minolta Page Scope Enterprise Suite print management solutions. Show less
