I was responsible for the purchase of larger consignments plastic waste from Europe and refine for the Swedish plastic industry. The goal was to keep finding valuable waste and process it to make it fit profitable applications. My foremost achievement was that I increased our supply base of competitive suppliers threefold, managed them in an efficient way and thereby enabled doubling the net profit to 20% and maintaining it during a period when we grow 10% annually.
