Having been in the print business for 15 years i have always had to purchase paper. Over the years i have genuinely struggled to find a sales rep who can actually understand my requirements. In 2011 i opened up a account with The Robert Horne Paper Co, now part of paperlinx. My account manager here was Mark Stringer. I must say i have never come across such an understanding and courteous man. He has played a massive role in the success of my business, he understands the requirements, he is excellent listener and most of all he is on top of it. Whenever there has been any issues it has been resolved, whenever there has been a delay i have been informed and the courtesy this gentleman has i have never come across another.
