      As Governance/HR Manager, I work part of the company senior leadership team. The role consists in maintaining the company being compliant in all aspects of its operation to support the company directors. Management Responsibilities:- • Support the directors and senior management in managing staff; • Support performance reviews with staff when required; • Mediate and manage conflicts in the workforce with any serious matters being escalated to the director; • Support onboarding new staff into the workforce, provide initial check-up for new staff and complete probation reviews one month prior to ending with senior managers; • Support senior staff with staffing requirements, interviews, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes; • Maintain being the company ambassador for the Employee Assistant Program • Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, or distribution of products; • Direct and coordinate new processes to fund operations, maximise investments, and increase efficiency; • Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, managers, supervisors, and staff members as necessary; • Manage and oversee activities directly related to ensuring the company is compliant as a business operation and also that it’s projects meet regulatory compliance, which includes but is not limited to Safety, Environmental and Quality; • Plan and direct activities related to the organisation policies ensuring staff adhere to there purpose; • Take responsibility for the company’s third party certification with Safety, Environment and Quality compliance and objectives; • Maintain regular reporting and any monthly reports that are required between senior management or client specific reporting; •Maintain the company’s client panel agreement ensuring green/approved status is maintained. • Recruit & manage personnel at a HR capacity.
