I had the distinct pleasure of working with Mark for several years. When Mark took over our account at Pearson VUE, our relationship with PVUE was not good. In point of fact, our business relationship was very confrontational and dysfunctional. With Mark's work ethic, customer focus, and plain common sense he completely changed that into a true partnership benefiting both our organizations. In the current atmosphere where so many companies are looking to reduce customer effort and increase customer experience, having someone like Mark on your team can only benefit your organization.
