Those resources help support home and community-based service development and delivery. I have held primary responsibility for fundraising activities. • When COVID-19 came to Minnesota, we increased home and community-based service delivery by 39% from 2019 to 2020. Services focused on supporting the health and independence of older adults, with a particular focus on addressing social isolation during emergency stay-at-home orders. • Our investments in a broad range of home and community-based services totaled over $31 million from 2018-2021. • We are focused on addressing inequality in access to services that improve health outcomes and allow older adults to live independently in the community of their choice. In 2020, more than 40% of the individuals served by Trellis’ Older Americans Act program were from communities of color.   The Corporation for National and Community Service is a federal agency whose mission is to meet community needs through our AmeriCorps and Senior Corps programming. This work includes nonprofit, government, and tribal partners who engage citizens of all ages in national service. Duties: • Built public/private partnerships that leverage the resources of government and private philanthropy (including United Ways and private foundations) to support collaboratives focused on innovative service delivery. • Worked on a team to design the agency’s new strategy for performance measurement and data collection. This work included training all field staff throughout the nation on the new model. • Led the development and delivery of a nationwide training curriculum for 200 new federal grantees that now forms the core of an annual training provided each year. • Trained colleagues and grantees in program management, performance measurement, and compliance monitoring in AmeriCorps VISTA and Senior Corps federal grants. • Created a system for performance measurement and statistical analysis used by grantees to generate increased private federal match funding.
