Mark is a professional who actually cares about his clients wants and needs. He listens to what people have to say and is able to not only verify it back to the person who was speaking but is also able to translate that into solutions and ideas. When he engages with someone or a business, he remains engaged from the beginning through a solution. However, he does not drop things once the "deal is done"; he remains connected to ensure you have what you really wanted or needed over the long term. Mark is quite knowledgable and he also has a creative side that is an advantage when faced with a really challenging problem. Go ahead, challenge Mark! You won't be disappointed.

I would strongly recommend Mark D Polanco to any firm looking for a strong leader and committed individual: I have worked with many great individuals over the years and Mark Polanco was clearly one of the best. His dedication to details helped find solutions that were needed to improve the performance of the production lines as well as the equipment that others had missed. He served as a valuable member in many Kaizen events and was instrumental in finding improvements. He was a very important member on many cross-functional teams and help minimize equipment down times, increasing productivity in the areas he worked in and a couple he did not. He constantly looked for ways to make continuous improvements. His great attitude was a big plus, making being on a team with him an actual pleasure. His
