My Provisional Patent is a cost-effective online service designed to assist inventors in preparing and filing provisional patent applications with patent attorney assistance.I recognized that many inventors are often discouraged from protecting their inventions due to the high cost of utilizing a patent attorney to prepare and file a patent application with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). I also recognized the difficulties and pitfalls of inventors pursuing patent protection for their inventions without assistance from an attorney. Accordingly, I set out to provide a third way in which inventors receive assistance in preparing provisional patent applications to protect their inventions while at the same time providing access to a patent attorney to advise the inventors regarding their provisional patent applications.
