During my three years of experience as telecommunications consultant, I have gathered wide knowledge of 2G/3G/4G network architecture designs and expertise in different network optimization streams with strong focus on: • Analysis of drive test measurements (GSM, UMTS, HSDPA & HSUPA, LTE) with the following tools: ROMES, Wireshark, TEMS Investigation and Actix • E2E Network and Service Quality Optimization of 2G/3G/4G networks • Identification of top network issues and root cause analysis for voice and data mobile services • Providing proposals for parameter changes (i.e. power settings and mobility thresholds tuning) in different vendor environments: Ericsson, Huawei and Nokia • Analyzing network quality improvement through feature trials • LTE network rollout planning, coordination and prioritization of deployment related activities • RF optimization proposals (i.e. antenna tilting and azimuth changes, neighbour relations, cross-feeders, pilot pollution) • VoLTE optimization My role includes collaboration with functional teams, both internal and external, with the target to streamline different optimization tasks and to tackle the identified key success factors. Proven success leading and managing technical projects facilitating brain storming and solutions with collaborators and team members. Coordination of milestones with customers, vendors and consultants. My activities across different international projects include: • Network assessment and service performance audit • Technical management of E2E optimization projects harmonized with network testing and specific consulting support activities • Fulfill and comply with customers’ requirements and expectations at technical level • Reporting, tracking and monitoring of the issue solving process • On-site customer support, including delivery and presentation of network performance results
