I have only known Marko in the context of the motor vehicle industry, but I have no doubt he would excel in any industry, particularly where it is a high value purchase. Responsible for the Special Vehicles target across 2 sites (Southbank and Kingsway). Selling BMW's flagship range the 6 series and 7 Series range it was imperative targets were met in this segment. Working closely with all internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction was paramount. Responsible for mentoring 2 sales teams to collaborate and work together on providing first class service and a solution based sell rather than 'just a product' was something I took pride in. I always aimed to be a trusted vehicle advisor to our clients, not just for the initial purchase but throughout their entire ownership period. Taking care of any vehicle need they may have. From arranging a service to providing information on finance & insurance needs I would always look to find ways of minimising my clients need to take care of anything besides the initial call. Exceptional at dispute resolution, hosting the who's who at corporate events like Caulfield Cup and a comfortable presenter to small and large groups. Achievements: Achieved 100% of target after commencing in February 2015. Achieved 193% of target in 2016.
