• Prepares Monthly investor reports for multiple Asset back security aircraft leasing portfolios. • Reviews overall Treasury transactions specifically on monthly investor distribution, lease collections and expense disbursements to ensure transactions are compliant to the investment indenture. • Reviews monthly, quarterly and annual accounting journals including but not limited to treasury, fixed assets, revenue, payable, intercompany and post-closing entries. • Reviews group and statutory financial statements of more than twenty individual entities including listed debt issuers, asset owning entities and Lease in Lease Out (LILO) entities. • Managing multiple audits and primarily responsible for answering audit inquiries, compiling and reviewing audit responses. • I am primary responsible for updating the Board of Directors on quarterly board meetings with regards to Investor reporting, Financial Statements preparation, accounting policies, Tax filings and other compliance matters. • Deals with multiple countries of jurisdiction particularly on financial reporting, tax compliance and other legal supports (i.e., France, United Kingdom, United States, and Japan) • Assist Portfolio servicers, Rating Agencies, Investor, Tax Agents as well as Legal representatives of relevant parties to the portfolio with regards to any document request or queries within my team’s role as the Portfolio’s finance department/function. • Coaching and mentoring Interns, Accounting Technicians and Client Accountants working under my portfolio. • Assists Maples Directorship and Corp Sec teams on all ad hoc requests. • I am currently running three Group of Companies with three separate investors (one engine and two aircraft portfolios) collectively valued at more $1 Billion.
