I am currently in charge of Front of House operations as well as back of house. I set up the premises for the day and oversee its running throughout the day/evening. I deal with any customer/staff issues as well cashing up each evening.I am in charge of orders and stock sourcing/management as well as any and all staff issues, including rota creation, time off, staff hiring, etc. I also have experience in managing large events and deal with all booking enquiries and assignments.I have implemented numerous systems in the back office to ensure that regular tasks are achieved as quickly and efficiently as possible. I have also created my own alarm system using VB to warn the user of impending Ouf of Date stock.

QA Tester

My role within this project was to create automated tests using Ranorex Software to seek out any bugs within each release. I created Testing Scripts to create the most efficient testing patterns to cover all aspects of each module within the software package. Next, I created Ranorex automated scripts in accordance with the Testing Scripts that would seek out and warn the user of any bugs within the new release. I then documented each bug and assigned it to our lead developer for correction then retested the fixed bug, closing the issue after or reassigning it if necessary. The Jira software package we used tracked and managed all bugs and issues.

Day to day running of the plant, assigning contractors permits to work onsite. I also was in charge of the Portable Appliance Testing for the entire plant for the first time.
