      The SAIF Program is designed to assist people with their transition from welfare to work. I am supervising a team of ten. Nine Intensive Case Managers and a Case Aid. As the Program Director, I am responsible for ensuring that effective, full, Intensive Case Management is provided to long term Welfare General Assistance recipients who has struggled to become self-sufficient due to serious obstacles and barriers. In addition, ensuring that timely, detailed assessments and ISP’s are conducted on each client, all clients are surveyed with appropriate internal and external referrals are made to assist with emergency food, shelter, medicals, etc. Maintaining relationships with referral sources and community partners such DOL (One Stop Career) and WFNJ (CWA) to receive necessary job training,volunteer training and education resources. Ensuring timely, accurate, weekly, monthly and statistical reports for both agency and funder. Ensured accurate and timely input into the agency’s database, assist the staff with the completion of monthly reports. Facilitate bi-monthly, client review meetings with County Welfare Agencies and Division of Family Development, case conferences and staff meetings with staff. Develop, coordinate and facilitated staff trainings. Coordinate monthly calendar with description of clients' weekly workshops (wellness, employment and empowerment). Also, ensuring all program components and files are consistent with agencies expectations and program’s funder’s requirements.
