I have been working closely with Mark since early 2017 after Blue Coat acquired by Symantec and he was my direct manager 6 months before my separation with Symantec/ NortonLifelock. My working relationship with Mark was started at the time when he was working on a consumer NPI (New Product Introduction) and brought it into mass production in China. Mark later on extended his responsibility on both consumer and enterprise products manufacturing in China. He has been working very well with remote Symantec teams and Asia-based factories and travelled extensively to support relationships and performance. Mark involved in a number of NPIs and successful in leading commitments to milestones. He used to make very clear expectations and attentive to our needs and feedbacks so that we have made every effort to achieve results without any doubt. I am glad to have such capable, caring and well communicated leader as my coach, colleague and supervisor in my career.

I worked with Mark and his group (NPI/mfg engineering, program management, materials) on several major product developments and releases while at Symantec. As part of our respective roles, we traveled together several times to Asia ODMs. Mark and his team supported my Product Dev team to meet phase-gate milestones and ensure product mfg success. Mark has a keen eye for details, sets solid priorities, works effectively with partners, and brings a welcome sense of humor to our discussions. Mark’s Operations team supported my team effectively, and we formed a very positive working relationship. Mark would be a valuable asset to any Operations organization. I would definitely appreciate working with Mark again on new product launches if the opportunity presented itself.
