Production planner, Master Scheduler, Project Scheduler during the design, development, and production phases. Designed and implemented a project, which converted existing MRP system into a project management tool and ERP system. It is a MACPAC system recommended to us by Anderson Consulting in the 1980’s. We used SAS/OR to integrate the MRP database and several other financial databases with MSPROJECT. WebPages were used to access the information. I was the MRP and project management consultant for the team. Methods Engineer. Provided technical support and training in the manufacturing of high tech electronics (monitors, board assemblies, antennas, black boxes, etc.). Designed, implemented and trained personnel for our factory’s first continuous flow, Just In Time production line. (This is covered in an article in the Production and Inventory Management Journal, Second Quarter, 1994) Organized training to support team building and the pursuit of a shared vision.
