  I developed a passion for a whole food plant-based lifestyle after witnessing several friends develop heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and a variety of other chronic diseases. You are what you eat is an understatement! Whole Harvest is growing company based in the Denver, Colorado area, and shipping whole food plant-based meals across the country. Our meals are made from whole food ingredients and we use no oil in the cooking process. So the end result is a great tasting ready-to-eat meal free of oil, added sugar and excess sodium. Our customers use our meals as a convenient way to eat a healthy plant-based meal on the go, and when there isn't enough time in the day to shop, chop, cook, and clean up. Show less

  While I completed many successful real estate projects in the areas of new construction, retail, multi-family residential, single family residential, they didn't happen without challenges. My biggest challenge early on was wanting to move too fast without having the wisdom and experience needed to grow a company that would be sustainable into the future. I learned a ton from those mistakes. I learned skills of salesmanship, team leadership and the confidence to ask for help where I needed it.
