I worked with Mark at Cabinda Gas Plant in Malongo during commissioning, start-up and enhanced operation of the plant. Mark has deep knowledge of Operations and his ability to mentor national employees was essential to safe operation of the plant. Mark led several dozens of MOCs(post HAZOP management of change) to enhance plant reliability and operation. His involvement in implementation of Advanced Process Control Project (Optimizing debutanizer tower operation) was crucial to success of the first Advanced Process Control project in Malongo. Mark can lead a multidisciplinary team or work independently as he demonstrated during his assignment. Mark will be a great addition to any of operations/commissioning team.
