Matt and I have worked together for the last 3 years, In that time, I have been impressed by his drive, his enthusiasm, his talent and especially the business outcomes his work has produced. His desire to learn and develop is inspiring and he has taught me a lot about Linked In!

Having worked with Matt for some time now I find myself continuously impressed and regularly surprised at his ability to take content and instructions and to convert this information into brilliant marketing output, polished documentation and to professionally represent Caspian One through Social Media, Articles and proposals. Matt continues to impress me, he works hard and makes himself available at the times we need him most, which are often last minute and unsociable hours. Great work Matt, thank you !

At LeadDigital, I was central within all client digital marketing initiatives. This could range from just an initial digital audit - progressing to full-scale direction planning, marketing project management, day-to-day campaign management and performance reporting. With some clients, this was a simple case of email marketing - planning, content & design, templates, scheduling, contacts management, automated emails or even setting up newsletter pop-ups. For other clients, I developed and ran advertising campaigns through various platforms & websites, including Google (AdWord/Shopping) and Amazon marketplace advertising. My portfolio has included exclusive London venues by Bourne & Hollingsworth, luxury river yachts with Woods' Silver Fleet and Sunseeker - and product brands such-as Muc-Off, BT Office Furniture and Maharishi Ayurveda Products International. Some technology I've worked with includes Google Analytics, AdWords & Shopping, MailChimp, Amazon Seller Central, HubSpot, Slack, Asana, ZenDesk, Shopify, SurveyMonkey, HootSuite, Buffer and many more. Key Skills: Keyword Research/Planning, Campaign Management, Project Management, User-friendly Performance Reporting, Google Qualified, Analytical Insight, keen writer, Eye For Detail, Always Learning/Improving. The Serchen.com & Serchen.co.uk marketplaces (along with over 30 associated network sites) present more than 15,000 SaaS, Cloud Computing, Hosting and Server providers to an audience of millions; including 300+ paid clients, promoting their services and reaping the ROI benefits! As Head of New Business, I led efforts to grow our client base - tailoring bespoke advertising campaigns focused on ROI generation and mutual success. Primarily I worked with SMB & Enterprise Senior Management/C-Level's & IT professionals, including clients such-as XERO, SalesForce.com, NetSuite, Zoho, Adobe, SAP and many more - with 260+ new contracts secured in the past 5 years and hundreds more in renewal contacts. During my time at Serchen I’ve personally sold over a million dollars in new business revenue (before including renewal and up-sell contracts); having also indirectly generated millions of dollars through new contact prospecting (adding thousands of new companies to the database), and with staff training & people management. For just over a year my role at Serchen changed, as I became Business Development Manager for Ketchell. Collaborating with all departments within Serchen, I focused on developing key aspects of company processes and procedures, to ensure predictable revenue and continued growth for the future. This included the expansion of new categories, creation of new site content and more. It was a broad project role, encompassing involvement in multiple area's of the Serchen Interactive network, as well as our additional external business projects. Show less

My career at Natwest began in 2007, when I was hired as a Telephony Customer Advisor in Southampton. I was required to introduce new and existing Natwest customers to the range of products and benefits available, providing informed help, working towards and exceeding a ‘sales-through-service’ target. Duties also included managing a ten person sales team, training new staff members and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. I moved from the inbound call centre to a high street branch advisor position in June 2010. Within three months I was promoted to a Deputy Branch Manager position, reporting directly to the Area Manager. The new placement required me to oversee full HR operations and sales management activities; including staff scheduling, training, recruitment, performance tracking, sales reporting and daily compliance with regulatory banking operations, whilst also being involved in daily customer-facing activities.
