I had the opportunity to work with Marketa for a year as her team leader, and she proved a large capacity for learning and responsibility in the performance of her tasks. Marketa was part of the Accounts Payable team and she had to face a wide range of tasks in a spanish lenguage enviroment and she was able to develop her tasks and reports in a perfect way, meeting the deadlines of the monthly financial closure in her area of responsibility. Despite her lack of previous experience, she proved autonomy at work, ease of teamwork and professionalism in her tasks performing.
