During my time as CNA, I have been promoted to a CNA Manager as a result of my dedication to showing up and seeking opportunities for growth. I provide consistent compassionate care to all residents as if they were my own family.   My time at Target was only expected to be seasonal, but with consistent attendance and hands on team work, I was offered a permanent position within the Logistics department. I worked under the team lead at that time gaining more hands on experience. My team and management could depend on me to be early, efficient, and provide communication to reach store goals.
