  Behind the concept of transculture is intersectionality or the path to "we". This means that the offering is not reduced to focusing on a single instance of prejudice but basically straddles all of them to inform more efficient and encompassing insights. In contrast to current unconscious bias workshops, the courses go beyond analyses and diagnostics - a source of shame and blame constellations - and actually trains real life intervention strategies to counter genderism, ableism and racism.
