Duties involve the project management, building, testing, and training of the Horizon Clinicals Suite, including the following:• Horizon Expert Documentation: Primary builder of the HED content in our facility. I have specifically built all of our Site Management Tables, and also built numerous calculations not included in standard content. I have extensive experience in building all areas of HED, and have also worked with our facility on workflow processes, policy creation, and gap analysis. With one specific department at our facility, Respiratory Therapy, I have also worked at building in charges upon documentation by using the WAC table in HED.• Horizon Health Summary: I have taken the standard admission history from Mckesson and altered it to make it more precise, building branches throughout the form to make it easier for end users to use the system. I have also altered lists in the Clinical History Master Field List table to change choice lists in HHS. Once the items were built in HHS, I worked on creating the reports that could be printed, and also the reports that would display in Portal for the physicians. • Horizon Care Alerts: I have been formally trained on this product in Dallas, but have not formally built anything on site yet, this product was just “kicked-off” the week of July 18th.• Horizon Clinical Infrastructure: Within this system, I have built all of the existing reports, reviews, and CRV’s that were created in HED and attached them onto menus. I also have worked in the ADT report setup to create the entries for the automatic cold feed of reports that generate when a patient is discharged. We also had to be creative when creating security so that menu items would not display in Admin Rx (which is currently live at our facility) while we were building HED and HHS. I also have experience in building staff in the Staff Setup table.
