Mark is analytical and detail orientated in his work style. A fantastic mentor to his direct reports and always maintained a high level of quality through internal audit program and document control system. He devised and implemented continuous quality improvement programs and ensured any non conformences were fully investigated and measures put in place to ensure no future reoccurence of the same issue. Mark was a fantastic team member who was a great asset to the Quality Department who i would readily employ again if the opportunity were to arise.
