Continuously coaching all cast members on how to provide our guests with many options to enhance their vacation, including: tours and ticketed events, best places for dinner and views of our fireworks shows, using the PLAY apps to reduce queue wait times. I guide new Cast Members through their new resort. Guest Services Training - Mentor and train new and existing cast members on providing the ultimate guest experience. Training programs I have developed include empathy, active listening, solving for yes and delivering the magic. I also help leaders and fellow cast members with guest issue resolutions. Perform cast member interaction audits to locate areas of improvements, and develop new training programs and guidelines based on data collected. Vacation Expertise - Interact with guests to become their trusted advisor. Guide each guest through their vacation to ensure the ultimate magical experience. Including but not limited to: vacation planning, dining reservations, and tips for maximizing their vacation. Resort Tour Guide - I assist both Guests and Future Guests who ask to see the resort and different rooms. I give them resort history and background, show them the intentional design elements through each section, as well as the benefits of staying at our resort.
